Fielding's Local Kitchen + Bar is now hiring a Dining Room Manager at FIELDING'S LOCAL KITCHEN + BAR.

We are searching for an experienced, passionate and outgoing individual.

Overview

ABOUT FIELDING'S LOCAL KITCHEN + BAR

Fielding's local kitchen + bar is our casual, upscale neighborhood restaurant in Creekside Park Village Center. Our menu includes dry-aged steaks, handmade artisan pasta, house-cured charcuterie, open flame pizza, and re-invented desserts. "The Watering Hole" Bar offers 25 draft and bottle craft beer, hand-crafted cocktails, a 120-bottle selection of wine and 150 spirits. Lunch and Dinner daily, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation / guidelines
  • Overseeing stock levels & ordering supplies
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Taking reservations
  • Problem solving
  • Keeping statistical and financial records
  • Handling administration and paperwork
  • Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives

    • Qualifications

  • 3 years of manager experience (FOR LOCAL)
