Our team is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our rehabilitation hospital. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the growth and development of our healthcare services.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care and support to patients recovering from medical procedures or injuries
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct routine assessments and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal health outcomes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other licensed professionals

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need :

A current LPN license within the state of Missouri

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program

Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association

LPN-IV Certification
