What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Conduct in-home assessments and develop meaningful relationships with clients
  • Complete client assessments in person every 60 days
  • Provide Medicaid with accurate assessments of client's health and living situations
  • Offer narrative reports with a medical background to ensure clients receive necessary assistance for a healthy life
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to clients

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Active RN license verification
  • Successful completion of national and multi-jurisdictional background checks
  • TB and drug screening tests
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in in-home assessments or similar role
  • Familiarity with Medicaid regulations and requirements
