Tax Manager

We have been serving the Fairfield and New Haven counties since 1935 . We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our team!

Offer :

Salary : $115,000 to $135,000

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.

Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients across diverse industries.

Research and resolve complex tax issues while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants, fostering professional development and growth.

Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.

Collaborate with firm leadership to support practice development and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

CPA license required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred.

5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.

Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax codes and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
