Job Summary :

The Electrical Installation Support Engineer will provide hands-on technical support for the installation, modification, and startup of production and automated equipment. The role involves mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, supervision of internal and external installation teams, and coordination with engineering disciplines to ensure successful equipment implementation. A majority of the time will be spent on the production floor, providing direct support and overseeing all aspects of installation and equipment readiness for operations at both domestic and international sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform hands-on installation support for new or modified production equipment.
• Provide mechanical and electrical support during construction, installation, debugging, troubleshooting, and startup of equipment and automated systems.
• Supervise and guide internal maintenance teams and external contractors during all stages of installation, including demolition, construction, testing, and debugging.
• Interpret and apply engineering designs, drawings, and electrical schematics to ensure equipment meets performance criteria.
• Collaborate with IT, mechanical, and process engineering teams to understand system functionality and design requirements.
• Utilize hand tools, measurement, and alignment devices to perform on-site equipment work.
• Recommend optimal technical solutions and process improvements in alignment with plant standards.
• Maintain focus on job site safety, promoting proactive safety practices.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines and operational requirements.
