A company is looking for a Multi-State Licensed Virtual Care Provider (NP / PA) to conduct telemedicine visits for Medicare recipients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive telemedicine-based evaluations and initiate care plans for Medicare recipients
Collaborate with Care Navigators and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-person care
Document clinical assessments and findings in accordance with Medicare standards
Required Qualifications
Active NP or PA license in good standing with multi-state licensure (30-50 states)
Board certification in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
Experience providing patient-centered care to Medicare beneficiaries or older adults
Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and chronic condition management
Experience using telehealth platforms and contributing to digital health product development
