  • We are seeking a motivated, punctual, and outgoing Orthodontic Records Tech to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and organizing records. This position requires strong skills, excellent clinical knowledge, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, records management, and infection control protocols. In working with new & existing team members with an open heart & mind; additional responsibilities including the below :

    SPECIFIC DUTIES

    • Ensure exceptional patient experience and office efficiency.
    • Follow the Orthodontists instructions and adhere to the Orthodontists directives.
    • Ensure consistent high quality records
    • Proactively receive patients on their first visit, welcoming into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable.
    • Collecting and organizing orthodontic records, including X-rays, photographs, and impressions
    • Ensuring that all records are accurately labeled and stored
    • Assisting orthodontists and dental assistants during orthodontic procedures
    • Preparing and maintaining equipment and instruments
    • Providing support to patients and their families, answering any questions or concerns
    • Updating patient charts and treatment plans
    • Following infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and sterile environment
    • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments
    • Performs miscellaneous job-related as assigned
    • Part-time to start, with opportunity to lead to Full Time position with full benefits.
