Summary : The Housekeeper performs cleaning services for the office building to ensure sanitary and cleanliness.
Supervisory Responsibilities : N / A
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
Work from home eligible : No
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and other facility spaces.
- Sweep, mop and vacuum.
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
- Refill supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as needed.
- Clean tables and microwaves in kitchens and cafeteria areas.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards.
- Ensure security of all areas after cleaning (e.g., locking doors, turning off lights).
- Follow cleaning schedules and complete daily checklists.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
