SSM Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer : Community Description : About SSM Health : SSM Health Dean Medical Group- Dodgeville Outpatient Family Medicine Opportunity SSM Health Dean Medical Group, with regional operations based in Madison, Wisconsin, is actively recruiting for a Family Physician at its clinic in Dodgeville, and offers the following : The Opportunity : Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity with option for Nursing Home rounds A well-established team of Physicians & Advanced Practitioners Multi-specialty clinic consisting of primary & specialty care services including 12 onsite medical & surgical specialties including Allergy, Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT, Infusion, Neurology, Oncology, Podiatry, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, & Urology. Onsite medical imaging & lab services Full time with option of .8-1.0 fte Flexible schedule offering work / life balance, typical hours of M-F, 8 am-5 pm On-Call rotation of 6-10 weeknights, and ~2 weekends per year, mostly phone call only w / an occasional to rare requirement for onsite; calls triaged by a call center EPIC EMR Two-year salary guarantee with generous sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefit package including annual CME dollars, generous time off, & 401K multi-funded account HPSA eligible J1 SSM Health's healing legacy originated in St. Louis, Missouri over 150 years ago where five nuns, known as the Sisters of St. Mary's, were called to aid and heal in God's name.
