Join our team as a Field Sales Account Executive, where you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. This is a commission-driven position with an attractive total compensation package of approximately $105,000 annually (including base salary and uncapped commissions), tailored to reflect performance, experience, and market factors.

In this remote role, we require up to 75% travel to local branches, customer sites, and offices to effectively engage with our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and qualify new leads, transforming them into lucrative revenue opportunities for Badger.
  • Develop lasting relationships with current and prospective customers to increase sales and customer retention.
  • Draft and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring mutual profitability.
  • Promote our innovative services, highlighting the value they deliver to meet our clients' needs.
  • Create and execute detailed sales action plans and strategies tailored to your assigned territory.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to present our services to clients.

Qualifications for Success :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of service industry operations, particularly in multi-location settings.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate effective meetings.
  • Exceptional technical proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience using CRM software efficiently.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
  • This role involves mobility, utilizing office equipment, lifting up to 20 pounds, and maintaining clear vision and hearing for effective communication. Some travel for meetings and training sessions is required.
