Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Define and document API specifications, endpoints, data models, and protocols

Build and implement APIs using programming languages and frameworks

Ensure seamless integration of APIs with internal and external systems and provide ongoing support

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline

5 years of relevant experience; degree may be substituted for 8 years of experience

Advanced proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Git, Java REST Web Service, Spring Boot, and SQL

U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
