Technical Program Manager

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join their team on a contract basis, focusing on the new client One Card program.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to define and prioritize new features based on market needs and user feedback

Work with finance and operations to ensure accurate reconciliation of financial transactions

Forecast transaction volumes and user growth to ensure effective scalability of the infrastructure

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Strong technical background with an understanding of complex system architectures

Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and external vendors

Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively

Experience with data analysis and reporting, utilizing a data-driven approach to decision-making
