Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent In Service Manager to join our In Service Stability Organization in Seal Beach, California. This Manager position leads a team of Procurement Agents in the management of overall supplier performance and supplier deliverables in support of the Boeing Programs and our Airline Customers. Position Responsibilities :

• Manages Procurement Agent employees performing activities related to committing company resources to purchase goods and services, developing supplier strategies, manage supplier performance expectations, proposal analysis, and holding suppliers accountable to contractual requirements.
• Provides leadership in initiation and execution of supplier recoveries and improvement activities.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
• Provides oversight regarding business considerations.
• Manages risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Manages, develops, and motivates employees.

Shift : This position is primarily on 1st shift but must have flexibility to work alternative shifts.

Salary Range : $125,000-$146,000
