Engagement Specialist II

A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist II to enhance patient engagement through telephonic outreach and support care teams.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telephonic outreach to enroll members in the program and facilitate initial interactions with the care team

Research and obtain new member contact information using various tools and external sources

Provide mentoring and support to Engagement Specialist I and assist with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred

2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting required

Experience in a high call volume environment required

Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations required

Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential
