Retail Associate (Beverly Hills)

Position Overview :

We are seeking Part-Time Retail Associates to join our team at ANTA first new flagship store in Los Angeles. As a Retail Associate Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Stock and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a smooth store operation.
• Participate in store events and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
