Machine Learning Manager

A company is looking for a Manager II, Machine Learning - Growth Delivery Science.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of Machine Learning engineers to support their career growth

Develop and maintain ML models for personalized notifications budgeting, pacing, content portfolio, and delivery timing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and implement the Notifications strategy

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. with 5+ years or Masters with 6+ years of experience in production machine learning systems

2+ years of experience managing ML engineering teams with 5+ engineers

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives
