job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOnly qualified Project Manager candidates located near Redmond, WA, to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence The program is deploying satellite service and installation at different locations throughout US, and each deployment has the same milestones to get through. The milestones are below. The person will track these milestones from Induction to Installation. We have a SharePoint where we track each of these milestones for every customer / site address. This person will update the tracker with the status and emails are used to correspond with customer and our contractor vendor who schedules this work. We mainly get status from emails back and forth to customers and our install vendor. The vendor is responsible for scheduling some of the milestones, like scheduling surveys, producing survey reports and scheduling installation. Manages, coordinates, and leads projects from initiation through delivery. Responsible for meeting the project requirements and managing project scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk. Serve as a liaison between all the cross-functional teams. The position is mainly project managing a program and doing some other tasks like the purchase ordering submission and tracking on those orders. Our new hire will be responding for ordering equipment and issuing POs to this install vendor. Outside of this program management there will be some other duties like the POs, Billing and some other work listed under the milestones. Purchase Order Submission Purchase Order Tracking Purchase Order Receiving Supplier Invoice Management Project Management on LEO Satellite Deployments Revenue Assurance and Customer Billing Customer Account Set Up in the Biller Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
