A company is looking for a Client HRBP / Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as a trusted advisor
Provide HR guidance on policy development, compliance, and employee relations issues
Support clients in utilizing HRIS platform features and keep them informed of relevant updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business, management, or human resources
Minimum five years of generalist human resources experience, particularly in employee relations
Preferred experience in multi-client account management, ideally in HR or financial services
PEO / ASO experience is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft programs and various HRIS platforms
