Role Overview :

Support the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring alignment with HR and business needs.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support

Gather requirements, configure systems, and manage UAT

Maintain system documentation and training materials

Manage data conversion, integration, and validation

Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues

Monitor system updates and optimize HR data reporting

Requirements :

3-6 years of HRIS / HCM experience, with 1-2 years in Oracle Fusion HCM

Strong knowledge of HR processes, data management, and reporting tools

Hands-on experience in system configuration and testing

Proficiency in Oracle HCM reporting tools (OTBI / BI Publisher) a plus
