We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surg Endoscopy Nurse to join our team.

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient needs.

Develop and implement individualized plans of care, incorporating evidence-based practices and standards of care to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, facilitate communication, and ensure seamless transitions between care settings.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices, advances in technology, and emerging trends in healthcare.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field, preferred.

Current RN license in state of employment or compact, required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, required.
