Clinical Therapist FACT

As the Clinical Therapist FACT provides therapeutic services to individuals enrolled in the FACT Team as well as assists as needed with other programs. When an individual is referred into the FACT Team, You as the therapist schedules a one-on-one appointment to assess issues and identify treatment goals. As the Clinical Therapist FACT will assess the individual's eligibility and level of need; provide crisis intervention services; develop plan for follow-up care; provide short-term crisis-resolution based therapy to assigned individuals; and thoroughly document all treatment provided to individuals.
Minimum qualifications :
Minimum Education : Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family
Required Experience
One Year Experience in Mental Health or Counseling Field

Required License(s)
Required minimum licensure in the state of Texas for LPC, LPC Associate, LMFT, LMFT Associate, LCSW or LMSW.
Valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Must provide license and official documentation of all educational attainment i.e. Transcript / Degree / Certificate
