Job Description
Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish. Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure clear communication and alignment. Prepare project documentation, including reports, contracts, and schedules. Support on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Identify and resolve potential project challenges proactively. Assist in managing subcontractor relationships and performance. Contribute to continuous process improvements for project efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
A background in construction project management or a related field within the property industry. Local to the Greater Tampa Bay area. Exhibits good tenure and loyalty to previous companies. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
