About the Role :

As a Hospitality Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents and visitors receive exceptional service and support. You'll coordinate hospitality operations across events, front desk, transportation, and guest services—contributing to a warm, welcoming, and well-organized community environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Coordinate transportation services

• Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency

Who You Are :

Experienced in hospitality, senior living, or customer service roles

Friendly, approachable, and respectful of seniors and their families

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities with care and attention to detail

A team player with excellent communication skills

Flexible and reliable, with availability to work some weekends or holidays
