Inspector (RME-I)

Fire Sprinkler Inspector (RME-I) This position is responsible for performing building sprinkler inspections including testing devices, recording and generating reports.Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Ensure that all inspections are completed on a timely basis and that inspections are done accurately and thoroughly Upon completion of an inspection generate a completed Sprinkler Inspection Report Provide detailed parts list for any repairs that are found during inspection Perform other duties as assigned Education / Qualification : RME-I license required Other : Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Physical Requirements : Industrial, Commercial, & Residential building environment with moderate to high noise levels, and comfort with working at heights Mostly a physically demanding role. Most of the daily demand is standing and walking stairs and climbing ladders May need to lift objects up to 50 pounds Ability to be on the phone and computer consistently throughout the day
