Description :

Seeking a qualified nursing professional for a PCU float position.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of PCU experience.

Emergency department experience is not required.

Staff will not float to the emergency department.

Nurse-to-patient ratio is 4-6 : 1 depending on patient mix.

The position involves working with adult and geriatric populations.

Experience with EMR systems, specifically Epic, is preferred.

Flexibility to float as required is essential.

Travelers may float to sister campuses as needed.

Cultural fit is significant; travelers are welcomed into units and expected to function as core team members.
