Field Sales Engineer Rotational Program

This 6-month rotational program is designed to prepare new college graduates for success as Field Sales Engineers. Participants will rotate across two corporate sites and engage in a structured curriculum that blends real-world experience with professional development.

Program Components

  • Shadowing : Learn directly from experienced FSEs through customer meetings, account reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Projects : Contribute to live sales initiatives, including customer engagement strategies, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
  • Simulations : Participate in mock sales scenarios to practice objection handling, value-based selling, and technical presentations.
  • Training Classes : Attend structured sessions on sales tools, CRM systems, product portfolios, and market dynamics.
  • Self-Led Learning : Access curated resources to deepen understanding of Onsemi's technologies and customer segments.
