RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Comply with all policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Comply with all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Follow direction of the immediate supervisor
• Follow all quality guidelines & preventative maintenance
• Studies specifications and confers with plant employees and supervisors to resolve design problems related to material characteristics, dimensional tolerances, service requirements, and manufacturing procedure to minimize cost of tooling with production
• Ability to disassemble and repair blanking and forming dies and make modifications
• Modifies tool designs according to trial or production service data to improve tool life or performance
• Assume tooling projects, fabricate ball out dies, bending blocks, mandrels, blanking and forming dies, and related tooling
• Thorough knowledge of factory tooling and operations
• Ability to read blue prints and use precision inspection equipment

QUALIFICATIONS :

Requirements :

Must have good attendance.

Must have previous experience in tool and die.

Must show strong ability to problem solve.
