Prepares renewals, new business applications, and endorsement requests. Identify rates for various coverage options and inputs detailed information into relevant databases. Support team members by offering guidance, addressing questions, and contributing to their growth through effective orientation, training, and ongoing development. Handle renewal book and service (along with one assistant). 5+ years prior related experience in the construction industry. Knowledge of NYC laws, coverages, workers compensation, and construction credits. Current Property & Casualty License (P&C). Proficiency in AMS360. Ability to manage a 15M book of business. Base salary to 110k / year plus revenue sharing plan participation. Medical, dental, vision, and 401k. Ability to work in office.
