Base pay range

$83,000.00 / hr - $102,000.00 / hr

What You Will Do :

  • Lead design and coordination of roadway, drainage, and utility projects for public and private clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality projects and excellent service.
  • Perform design calculations, estimates, and plan preparation.
  • Write and edit technical reports, feasibility studies, and project documentation.
  • Assist with proposals, budgets, schedules, and public engagement activities.
  • Oversee work of EITs or Technicians.

As you progress, you may plan, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, including client communication and subconsultant coordination.

What You Will Bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; 4-7 years of experience in Transportation / Municipal engineering.
  • Ability to interpret construction plans and technical documents; proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a good record.
  • North Dakota PE license or ability to obtain within six months preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic.
