Infant Lead Teacher

Spring Education Group's Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K / K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.

Summary : As an Infant Lead Teacher at Chesterbrook Academy, you will create, manage, and participate in a variety of learning environments and activities that provide opportunities for students to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives. Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the school, and the collective / individual interest of its staff and student body.

Hours : 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm (Monday through Friday)

Student Age Range : Infant (Six weeks to 1 years old)

Pay Range : $18.00 to $20.00 (depending on education and experience)

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field. (One year of experience with children may be required.)
