Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Defense Bodily Injury Paralegal to join our team. As a Bodily Injury Paralegal, you will work closely with attorneys and clients to manage files during all phases of the ligation process, from inception through settlement or trial.

Key Responsibilities :

• Organize and maintain case files, pleadings and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with attorneys on litigation tasks and case management activities.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing parties, court personnel and internal team members.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, experts, and court appearances.
• Assist in trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and trial notebooks.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of billable tasks and expenses.
• Draft and proofread legal documents, including pleadings.
