We are looking for a Customer Service oriented Payroll candidate who has some experience within a call center environment.
Responsibilities :
- Address payroll concerns and resolve issues raised by internal employees, ranging from entry-level staff to executives.
- Process and issue payments for employees whose salaries were not distributed correctly.
- Utilize provided scripts and follow escalation procedures for complex cases.
- Submit payment requests accurately and in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll information.
- Navigate multiple software systems and screens to ensure efficient call handling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing inquiries in a call center environment.
- Adhere to company protocols and procedures during training and daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and address recurring issues.

Contract role
Must have call center experiencePayroll experience is preferred
Shift : 9 AM -5 : 30 PM (30 min lunch)
