Correspondent Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Correspondent Team as a Correspondent Compliance Specialist. If you are looking to join a talented team, then PRMG is the place for you!
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the setup and training to ensure submission compliance of the correspondent channel with respect to RESPA / MDIA, final CD prior to purchase of the loan.
- Cross train personnel within organization to ensure adequate backup is in place.
- Review incoming submissions for compliance.
- Review incoming re-disclosures for compliance as well as review files for final compliance prior to docs out.
- Provide customer service, problem resolution and training to the Sales team and Brokers.
- Establish prior to submission protocol for new Brokers and as needed to ensure smooth file flow and quality loan production.
- Assist the Correspondent Compliance Lead with training / creating training materials.
- Handle submission requests for our Wholesale and Retail channels when support is needed.
- Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment while displaying a high degree of initiative.
- Ability to handle detailed assignments and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
