Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with claims division staff to develop and implement claims policies, guidelines, and procedures
Monitors claims performance and recommends improvements, providing technical expertise to claims staff
Develops internal quality control processes and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or four to six years of related experience or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available
