About the Role :

The Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operational integrity of all physical assets within the organization’s facilities. This role ensures that all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components, are functioning efficiently and safely to support uninterrupted business operations. The manager leads a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, emergency repairs, and capital improvement projects to extend the lifespan of facility assets. They collaborate closely with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to manage budgets, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and implement sustainability initiatives. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in creating a safe, comfortable, and productive environment for employees and visitors alike.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance or management roles.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams and coordinating multiple projects.
• Familiarity with safety regulations such as OSHA and environmental compliance standards.
