Assembly Supervisor - 3rd shift (overnight)

Overview

Assembly Supervisor - 3rd shift (overnight) at TTM Technologies, Littleton, CO. Third shift assembly hours are 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM, Sunday – Thursday nights. The work location is 10720 Bradford Rd., Littleton, CO. Initial training will be on an earlier shift.

Responsibilities

• Environmental, Health, and Safety : Ensure employees adhere to safety requirements, wear PPE, report injuries, support investigations, ensure proper labeling and handling of chemicals and waste, complete training, and serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
• Quality : Ensure adherence to operating procedures, monitor equipment within control limits, participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions, maintain training, and support cross-training.
• Productivity : Adhere to daily production schedules and priorities, monitor throughput, identify root causes for underperformance, and allocate resources to meet production goals.
• Personnel : Provide tools and training, contribute to evaluations and coaching, mentor new hires, develop team members, and monitor policy adherence.
• Continuous Improvement : Participate in structured improvement efforts and maintain 6S standards in assigned areas.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range : $67,577.00 / yr – $112,629.00 / yr. Additional compensation may include an annual or quarterly company bonus and shift premium for alternative shifts, depending on position and location. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire; some positions offer PTO and holiday benefits only. Note : compensation ranges vary by factors including skill sets, experience, certifications, and business needs.

Disclosed range : $67,577 – $112,629.

Export Compliance

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. Responsibilities include identifying ITAR products on the floor, safeguarding access to ITAR data, managing foreign visitor handling, and ensuring proper export / ITAR procedures for shipments.
