About the Role :
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Pueblo, CO . You’ll work directly with patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life through personalized care.

- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for part-time clinicians (minimum of 10 visits per week)
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for full-time clinicians (25+ visits per week)
Compensation & Scheduling :
Competitive Pay : $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visitEarning Potential :Full-Time : 25–35 visits per week — $94,640 to $154,700 annuallyPart-Time : 10–20 visits per week — $36,400 to $88,400 annuallyFlexible Schedule : Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goalsKey Responsibilities :
