Senior ETL Software Engineer

Overview

Senior ETL Software Engineer position at Capital One. You will be part of a team that builds and pioneers in the technology space, solving complex business problems in a fast-paced, collaborative, inclusive, and iterative delivery environment. We are seeking Full Stack Software Engineers who are passionate about marrying data with emerging technologies and driving transformation within Capital One.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
• Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal and external technology communities, and mentoring other engineers
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment
• Utilize programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML / CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, container orchestration services (Docker and Kubernetes), and a variety of AWS tools and services

Compensation, Benefits, and Additional Information

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries are listed by location for this role. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked. Example : McLean, VA : $158,600 - $181,000; Richmond, VA : $144,200 - $164,600 for Senior Software Engineer. Candidates hired in other locations will be paid the range for that location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and long-term incentives (LTI).
