Position Overview :

As a Power Electronics Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, simulation, prototyping, and testing of power conversion systems including onboard chargers, DC-DC converters, traction inverters, and motor controllers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in hardware, software, mechanical, and thermal engineering.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop and test high-power DC-DC converters, inverters, and chargers for EV applications (typically 400V–1000V systems).
• Perform circuit simulations (SPICE, PLECS, MATLAB / Simulink) for converter topologies and industrial control systems.
• Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts for multilayer boards with high-voltage isolation and EMI / EMC compliance requirements.
• Develop control strategies for power converters (e.g., current-mode control, digital control loops).
• Validate designs through bench and field testing, thermal analysis.
• Support manufacturing, testing, and debugging through the full product lifecycle.
