JOB SUMMARY :

To help each participating student achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of

discipline and sportsmanship, and an increased level of self-esteem in their chosen sport.

REQUIREMENTS :

• A valid Iowa Coaching License
• Must pass background check in accordance with Public Law 101-630, Public Law 101-647 and the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must have knowledge of the activity in which Coaching
• A valid Iowa driver's license with the ability to drive school vehicles.
• Prefer certified teacher
• Experience and / or education in the athletic activity that is being supervised
• Adheres to all district and school policies regarding the athletic program
• A Sport Specific Clinic & Concussion Training Yearly Online
• Rules Meeting Yearly- Online
• the ability to quickly develop successful working relationships with people from different backgrounds and with varying levels of sporting ability.

SUPERVISION :

Applicants will be required to submit to a background check and to a pre-employment drug test.
