Endocrinology Physician

Healthcare United is actively recruiting an Endocrinologist to join a progressive academic health system near Otsego Lake(Central New York), with a strong affiliation with Columbia University. Here's an overview of this exciting opportunity : We are seeking a full-time Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Endocrinologist. You'll join an established team of 3 physicians, 2 diabetes advanced practice clinicians, and 3 diabetes nurse specialists. The role involves outpatient endocrinology clinic care with shared in-patient call responsibilities. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with various endocrinopathies, covering the pituitary, parathyroid, thyroid, adrenals, pancreas, metabolism, and bone diseases. You'll engage in collaboration with other specialties to provide comprehensive care to patients with endocrinopathies. Supervise and teach medical residents and students in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Opportunities for supported clinical research and quality improvement initiatives. Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications : MD, DO, or MBBS degree. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology.
