EMSL is seeking a Building Maintenance Associate I in Cinnaminson, NJ. Ideal candidate would be someone that is flexible, can manage time well, and is handy with general maintenance duties. Candidate will be based in Cinnaminson, NJ but will be required to travel to any of our laboratories and properties located throughout North America.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Participation in various maintenance and construction projects as part of a team or individual including commercial, residential, and retail properties as directed
• Completes work orders efficiently while adhering to quality and safety standards
• Facility renovations including but not limited to space planning, new construction, painting, light plumbing and electrical, trash removal and other tasks
• Occasional travel throughout the tri-state area driving company vehicle

Requirements :

Available Shift : Position is full-time, Monday to Friday 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Cinnaminson, NJ are encouraged to apply.
