A company is looking for a Healthcare Administration Program Coordinator II.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Academic Program Directors and manage daily operations of healthcare administration programs
Serve as the primary contact for students, addressing inquiries and coordinating support services
Oversee program data management and assist with accreditation self-studies and compliance documentation
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant administrative support experience
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business administration preferred
Experience in a higher education setting and familiarity with HIPAA and FERPA preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
