This is a leadership role where you’ll manage and grow a senior team of enterprise PMMs, each deeply embedded in sales plays, persona strategy, and buyer enablement. Your job is to set the strategic vision, guide world-class execution, and ensure Postman is consistently positioned as the most valuable API platform in every enterprise conversation.

The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $270,000 to $320,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
