What You’ll Do : In this role, you’ll find and guide families through one of life’s most important decisions – finding the right home and care for their loved ones. From in-home care to independent living, assisted living to skilled nursing , you’ll be the trusted advisor who makes the process easier. You will conduct assessments, recommend tailored solutions, coordinate and attend tours of communities , and stand by clients each step of the way. Paths Law Firm’s placement service is free of conflicts of interest , meaning no divided loyalties . We don’t have contracts with care facilities; our only contract is with the client to do what’s best for them. Compensation :
$50,000 Base + commissions & incentives
Responsibilities :
Client Consultation & Assessment : Conduct in-depth assessments of seniors’ medical, emotional, financial, and lifestyle needs to understand the best care options. Listen to families’ concerns and goals with empathy and professionalism.Education & Recommendations : Educate seniors and their families on the full spectrum of available senior living options and levels of care (in-home care, independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing). Provide personalized recommendations tailored to each client’s needs, preferences, location, and budget.Coordination of Tours : Coordinate and schedule visits to senior living communities or care providers. Accompany families on facility tours to serve as their trusted advisor and ask important questions on their behalf. Ensure families get a first-hand feel for each option in a supportive way.Advocacy & Support : Act as an advocate for clients throughout the selection and transition process. We consult and advocate for all senior living arrangements – including skilled nursing facilities , not just assisted living.Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of local senior living communities, home care agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Stay up-to-date on the features, quality, and reputations of various senior care providers in the Kansas City area to inform our recommendations.Outreach & Marketing : Promote Paths Placement Services within the community. This may involve attending networking events, hosting educational workshops, meeting with hospital / social work professionals, and developing referral sources.Qualifications :
What We’re Looking For
Sales and direct marketing experience required (at least 1 year) – comfortable networking, generating leads, and growing relationships in the community.Experience helping seniors and families, whether in senior living, healthcare, social work, or a related field.A people-person with strong communication skills who builds trust quickly.Knowledge (or eagerness to learn) about all senior care options : in-home, independent, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.Organized and self-motivated, able to balance multiple families and facility tours at once.Local to Kansas City and ready to travel around the metro to meet families and tour communities.About Company
