Requirements :

• Experience : 4-6 years' experience in Sanitation or in food / beverage manufacturing
• Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends & holidays
• Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
• Bilingual English / Spanish (required)
• Previous Cleaning in Place (CIP) experience (preferred)
• Ability to wheel up to 75 pounds and lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to operate heavy and cleaning machinery / equipment : (Forklift, Pallet jack, Floor Scrubber, Pressure Washer, Scissor lift)

Job Description :

The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines by creating and developing department SOPs, maintaining records for SQF certification and audits, and systematically ordering and logging the inventory of cleaning products / supplies.
