Job Description

Abbey Hall Interiors is a family-owned design firm with over 30 years of history, now expanding into a new retail concept in downtown Alpharetta. Our Shoppe will showcase curated home goods, furniture, baby items, gifts, and seasonal collections - all thoughtfully selected to bring beauty, comfort, and timeless design into everyday life.

We are seeking a Shoppe Manager to lead the daily operations of our new store and help bring this vision to life. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, thrives in a boutique retail environment, and enjoys building meaningful customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • \tManage the daily operations of the Shoppe, ensuring an exceptional in-store ex

perience.

  • \tLead and inspire the retail team, setting clear expectations for service and performance.

    • \t

  • \tOversee inventory flow : receiving, restocking, merchandising, and coordinating with the warehouse team.

    • \t

  • \tAssist with purchasing decisions and product selection to reflect our brand and customer needs.

    • \t

  • \tPlan and execute in-store events, including our “Let’s Talk Shoppe” tutorials.

    • \t

  • \tPartner with the owners and design team to align the Shoppe with the overall Abbey Hall Interiors brand.

    • \t

  • \tMaintain visual merchandising standards to create a warm, inviting, and design-forward space.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • \tProven retail management or leadership experience (boutique, home, or lifestyle retail preferred).

    • \t

  • \tStrong organizational and operational skills with an eye for detail.

    • \t

  • \tPassion for interiors, home goods, and customer service.

    • \t

  • \tComfort with POS systems, inventory platforms, and retail technology.

    • \t

  • \tSelf-starter who can adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • \tSomeone who values teamwork, hospitality, and storytelling through design.
