We are looking for more than a manager; we need a visionary leader who is obsessed with the craft of  pre-owned vehicle acquisition, high-impact digital merchandising, and cultivating elite client relationships.

Your Mission : The Three Pillars of Success

1. The Inventory Hunter : Mastering Pre-Owned Acquisition

You Visualize This : You start your day not behind a desk, but by analyzing the market and identifying the next great piece of inventory. You are the expert responsible for purchasing pre-owned vehicles —from customer trade-ins and off-lease vehicles to acquisitions from auctions and buy-centers.

Key Skill : Utilize market intelligence platforms (vAuto, MMR) to precisely appraise and negotiate values on Maserati, Alfa Romeo, and competing luxury brands, ensuring maximum ROI on every unit.

The Goal : Maintain a lean, high-quality inventory mix that consistently reflects the desires and demands of our affluent Memphis clientele.

2. The Digital Merchandising Artist : Showcasing Cars of All Makes and Models

You Visualize This : You know that the first showroom is online. You will personally ensure every make and model is merchandised to perfection. This means crafting compelling, SEO-rich descriptions that tell a story, managing photography standards, and highlighting unique vehicle options.

Key Skill : Possess an acute eye for detail in vehicle presentation (both digital and physical) to maximize engagement, justify premium pricing, and ensure our vehicles stand out in crowded search results.

The Goal : Drive maximum organic traffic and conversion rates by creating an online experience as luxurious as our showroom.

3. The Luxury Sales Coach : Leading the Client Experience

You Visualize This : You lead by example. You'll work the desk, guide your team through the luxury sales process, and personally assist in closing complex, high-value deals. You are the ultimate escalation point, ensuring every client interaction is handled with discretion, polish, and professionalism.

Key Skill : Coach, train, and mentor the sales team on the nuanced art of selling Italian performance—focusing on product passion, superior etiquette, and building long-term client loyalty that generates high referral and repeat business.

The Goal : Achieve top-tier customer satisfaction (CSI) scores and exceed ambitious sales targets for both New Maserati / Alfa Romeo and Pre-Owned units.

Required Qualifications (The DNA of a Perfect Fit)

Experience : 3+ years in Automotive Sales Management / Desk Management, with proven, specialized experience in the luxury or high-line segment.

Acquisition Proficiency : Documented track record of successfully buying pre-owned inventory directly from consumers and managing appraisal / purchasing strategies.

Tech Savvy : Expert level proficiency with dealership tools, including VAuto, CRM Software, and the digital merchandising lifecycle.

Luxury Mindset : Exceptional communication, integrity, and personal presentation suitable for representing two legendary European brands.
