Assistant Manager – Casual Theme Steakhouse

Location : Tifton, GA

Compensation : $60,000 – $65,000 annually

Are you an experienced, energetic leader looking to join a strong and growing team? Our casual theme steakhouse in Tifton, GA is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to help lead day-to-day operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the hospitality industry and thrives in a high-energy, full-service restaurant environment. We’re looking for a manager with a minimum of three years of full-service restaurant management experience and a passion for great food, great service, and developing great teams.

What We’re Looking For :

• At least 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience (steakhouse or casual dining a plus)
• A strong, outgoing personality with a guest-first attitude
• A hands-on leader who knows how to coach, motivate, and lead by example
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A team player committed to maintaining standards and creating a positive workplace
