A company is looking for a Senior Servicing Analyst to manage servicing data and develop reports for mortgage servicing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain servicing data for accuracy in analysis and reporting

Develop and distribute reports using Excel and PowerBI on portfolio performance and operational metrics

Coordinate loan transfers for Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSR) sales and provide mortgage servicing reports

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma required; college degree preferred

5+ years of mortgage servicing experience required

Prior experience in post-closing, insuring, or loan delivery preferred

Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerBI, including advanced formulas and data analysis

Knowledge of home loans and residential mortgages, including various loan products
